Speaker Agreement

Speaker shall participate in the Cross Border Summit 2024 (CBS2024) in an individual presentation or a moderated panel discussion.

Speaker agrees to:

1. Uphold confidentiality on their session details unless CBS2024 expressed approval to disseminate such information
2. Share about their participation in the event without giving away specific session details until CBS2024 has released a public announcement about the event or has granted approval to the speakers to discuss specific information about their session
3. Maintain professionalism at all times in the duration of the conference including pre-event preparations and post-event follow-up
4. Meet all conference-related deadlines set by CBS2024 including but not limited to deadlines for slides, audio visual presentations, etc.;
5. Participate in rehearsal sessions at convenient times mutually agreed upon by both parties;
6. Promote his/her participation and session through the speaker’s social networks (sample Social Media captions with short links and hashtags will be provided by CBS2024 prior to the event)

For the benefit of the participants who cannot, in one way or another, see the sessions live, we are asking for your consent to record and publish your session in our platforms to make it available offline and for download.

We collect the personal information and a profile picture to be displayed in our event agenda and other promotional materials. Your email address will not be displayed.
